Buying a used car in Umm Suqeim, what hidden faults should I look for?

I'm going to see a 2017 Nissan Patrol this weekend in Umm Suqeim and the owner seems genuine, but I've heard enough stories about hidden problems that I want to be prepared. I'm not a mechanic and I don't want to rely purely on the seller's word or a quick test drive.
